Meet Team ACP
Gordon Lahanky
President/CEO
​
Gordon joined the family business after completing his business degree at UNB. His passion for commercial real estate has been instrumental in establishing ACP as the leading provider of warehouse space in the Greater Moncton area. Inspired by the vision of his late father, Gordon has built his expertise around transforming vacant buildings into functional, high-value properties. He is deeply committed to community service and has served as Chairman of the Moncton Boys & Girls Club Capital Campaign, President of Habitat for Humanity Moncton, and supports numerous charitable initiatives.
Danica Lahanky Carroll
Tenant Relations Manager

Upon graduating from high school, Danica continued her education by attending University of Moncton and began working for the family business, ALLSCO Building Products Ltd., in 1980.
In 2015, Danica retired from ALLSCO after 35 years of service. Danica joined the ACP team in 2016 as Tenant Relations Manager and has been delivering superior quality service ever since.
Mathieu Pitre
Senior Accounting Manager
Since joining ACP in 2018, Mathieu has been a driving force behind the company’s financial operations as Senior Accounting Manager. With a BBA in Accounting from the University of Moncton and more than a decade of experience, he brings precision and passion into every aspect of his work. In his free time, Mathieu likes to unwind outdoors, often biking, snowboarding, or hiking.
Josh Lahanky
Business Development Manager

Josh joined the ACP team in 2021 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UNB. He is very passionate about the field of real estate and is always eager to help clients find the right location to suit their business needs. With a client-focused approach, Josh is a "Space Specialist" and his strength in cultivating lasting relationships & hands on services allows him to enhance your leasing experience. Trust Josh to transform an ACP building or suite into a growth-oriented business space.
Patti Gaudet
Office Administrator

Patti joined the ACP family more than 30 years ago and has been a devoted employee of both ALLSCO and ACP. ​Patti is ACP's first point of contact and keeps everyone in line! In her spare time, you can find Patti on a beach enjoying white wine or sailing away on a cruise during the winter months.

Alison Colwell
Property Administrator
​
Alison had 29 years of experience working in Finance & Accounting before joining the ACP Team in 2025. Alison uses her organizational skills to help coordinate and track the multitude of tasks required to manage ACP’s properties efficiently and effectively. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, and quiet time with her dogs and cats. She also enjoys snowmobiling, riding motorcycles with her husband, and dabbling in photography.

Donnie Babineau
Maintenance Supervisor

​Donnie is ACP's lead technician on all commercial space service and repairs. He is a loyal and dedicated ACP associate that has worked with the Lahanky family for more than 25 years. Donnie enjoys time outdoors with his family and weekends in the woods. Count on Donnie for complimentary personalized service. ACP is proud to have him on our team!

Sergii Tikhvinskyi
Maintenance Technician

Sergii joins the team from Ukraine with a strong technical background and extensive hands-on experience in electrical work and painting. He is known for his attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and commitment to maintaining safe, well-kept properties. Outside of work, Sergii enjoys spending time with his family and travelling throughout Atlantic Canada, exploring the region’s scenic landscapes and vibrant communities. His expertise and steady professionalism make him a valuable addition to the maintenance department.

Scott Bird
Maintenance Technician

Scott brings a strong background in carpentry and construction, offering practical expertise and dependable workmanship to the maintenance team. Known for his pleasant attitude and willingness to assist, he is always happy to help ACP’s tenants with their maintenance needs. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors—often ATV riding—and dedicates time to his own personal carpentry projects, reflecting his passion for hands-on craftsmanship both on and off the job.
